 At times, we as adults fail to nurture our children’s quest for imagination and curiosity. With two minutes of your time, I will highlight how you can use the magic of stories to support your child in imbibing values and a desired skill set. Reading transforms your child's world and enables their subconscious to absorb the hidden values and messages of a book. A popular example from my childhood is the "sher aaya, sher aaya" story. We don’t approach this by forcing “ideal values” into them, but rather try to hit their imaginative world with something they can truly relate to.
